REMEDIATION
n the event that the tank system has not maintained integrity and soil or groundwater has
become impacted, Curren can assist with the evaluation, design, and implementation of remedial
action. Our staff has implemented cleanup technologies for soil, surface water, and
groundwater. We have hands on experience with the implementation of remediation actions,
including Oxygen Release Compound (ORC) and Hydrogen Release Compound (HRC) injections,
vapor extraction, free-product recovery, and pump and treat systems. Curren has devel-oped
plans and directed the excavation and proper disposal of impacted. When we are
involved with the remediation of soil, all appropriate steps for successful remediation are
followed. Through sophisticated testing methods can be implemented to determine if soil
needs to be removed for remediation or recycling, or if in-situ methods can be used.
