Field Sampling Services

Curren Environmental, Inc. (Curren) provides a complete range of field sampling services for the collection of storm water & wastewater samples to meet pollution and discharge water monitoring requirements. We maintain an assortment of rugged, portable and refrigerated samplers that meet US EPA and state protocols for the collection of liquids.

Our field personnel are trained for the collection of composite and grab samples based on site specific facility permit requirements. Samples can be acquired based on time or flow intervals in 1-gallon or 2.5-gallon glass or polyethylene bottles or in 2-gallon disposable sample bags. Twenty-four one liter individual grab samples can also be obtained to pinpoint varying discharge concentrations. Curren’s portable field meters allow for accurate on-site analysis of water quality parameters.

A primary benefit to our customers is the utilization of an unbiased, qualified third party to schedule and obtain the state and local permit required water samples. Curren can evaluate specific facility needs and set up a dependable computerized schedule for annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly and even weekly water sampling needs. Curren can provide a turnkey operation from laboratory bottle pickup, sample collection and sample delivery to the specific laboratory.
